How To Get That Traffic To Your Blog

One of the most important parts of your blog is getting the traffic to your blog. If you don't the traffic then you don't have the possibility of getting clicks on your links and ads. If know one comes to your blog then you won't make any sales off amazon or ebay or whatever ads you may place on it. So the main point is attraction to your blog. Remember to use plenty of good keywords and good keyword sentences. That way you can get your blog posts seen on the web.
Okay so you are most likely asking yourself how do I get the traffic. Well there are quite a few different ways of getting the traffic to your blog. First make sure you keep up with writing posts as often as possible. They don't necessarily have to be long winded posts either. In fact I would not make them too long, because the reader may get bored, leave and not come back. Make the subject relevant to your site. Write posts that may help someone solve a problem. For example say you are blogging about computer repair or virus cleaning. Try and give them the steps to take care of these problems. Make sure to provide plenty of pictures, videos and links to websites you have found that can provide further help. Maybe you can do a video on building a project such as a ham radio antenna. The ideas are just endless and are all yours to do and have fun with.
Also remember to use social media to spread the word about your blog. If you write a post put it on twitter with the web address and also link it to facebook. There are other social media sights as well. In other words get the word out. You can also join various communities on Google. Especially ones associated with you blog idea. That way people may spread the word to others. It is okay to join other Google communities, because you never know whose interest you may get. Also use some humor in your blog writing as well. Everybody loves to laugh, it's healthy for you and it keeps people awake.
There are many different websites with tons of information on how to get traffic to your blog. The best thing to do is do a search with Google on how to get traffic to you blog and I am sure you will be amazed at how many websites there are out on the internet. You can also find videos on youtube on how to get traffic to your website. Try writing reviews on products associated with your blog and provide some good technical information. Most of all be honest, because honesty is the best policy.
That's all for now so Thank You for reading.

Placing An Amazon Store On Your Blog

Recently one thing I am trying is placing an Amazon Store on my blog. It is a fairly new feature from Amazon Associates. It looks like a web store where you can display different products that are associated with the content of your blog. For example on my Ham Radio Blog I have various Ham Radios and other Ham Radio Equipment. The products can be added and saved in a shopping cart. It is done through, but looks like a web store that you may see on someones website. There is a picture of the item, the price and maybe a short description of the item.
This an example of what one of my Amazon aStores looks like
The picture above is what the aStore looks like on my blog. I guess time will have to tell on whether it chases people away or becomes popular. I like it because I do not have to put a bunch of ads all over the place and clutter up the blog. Besides I do not want anyone to think my blog is just about selling items. The ads for Ebay, Amazon, Adsense and Chitika are mainly for people to choose if they want to. Also they can go to Amazon and get some good information on the different types of products associated with Ham Radio for example. The main part of my Blog is to provide some kind of information that may be helpful or interesting to whoever is reading one of my Blogs.
My advise is that after you have signed up for Amazon Associates wait until you build up some traffic. Then I would set up an Amazon aStore for the type of products that you may be writing or blogging about. You can adjust sizes, controls and the desired products that may want to try and sell. I generally look for the products that have good reviews and good prices. That way I am trying to give as much help as I can to the people reading my blogs.
Well That's all for know so Thank You for reading.

Just Remember It Takes Time For Your Blog To Become Popular

Just as the title of the post says it takes time for your blog to become popular. Most of my blogs only get a few people a day. In fact my Ham Radio Blog started to become more popular when I had 45 to 50 posts. Basically the more content you put out on the internet the more traffic you will get. So my advise is make sure your posts are associated in some way to your blog title.
Also make sure that any ads you put on your blog whether they are with Ebay or Amazon have something to do with your blog itself. If you write posts that have nothing to do with your blog title people will most likely wander away. Also make sure to put those keywords in there that Google and other web searchers will look for. The more keywords you use the better the chances that someone will find your site. Make sure they also can leave comments. If anyone leaves a comment looking for a response make sure to try and respond. That way people know you care about what you write and that you are about your readers. Get the good word out and not the bad word.
By all means make sure you are enjoying what you write. There is nothing worse than reading something and feeling that the person did not even care or want to write something. Also remember to try and think of a subject that is also popular today. That way you will have a better chance of getting traffic. Try to write a blog where you are helping someone with some kind of subject. I do that all day when I am working on computers. I search Google for people that have had similar problems. Usually I will find someone that has had the same problem and they provide a way to repair whatever it is. Talk about what you love and what is special to you. Helping people is what we should be doing.
Thank You for reading and all comments are welcome.

Make An EBook To Sell On Your Blog

I have been looking around to see what other bloggers are doing to make some money with their blog and I see people making E-Books to sell. Generally they don't sell for a large amount of money. If you write enough to have a good variety the money may add up over time. It could just another added feature to the blog you already have. It seems that the more variables you provide to your readers the more your blog will become popular. As far as I see it any idea is a good idea for you to attract people to your blog.
There plenty of places to learn about how to write your first e-book.  I found at

Other Ways Of Monetizing Your Blog

There are plenty of other ways to monetize your blog. One is by using social media such as twitter and facebook. I will sometimes put out a tweet on twitter about a post on my blog. This is then linked to my facebook page so it puts it there as well. I have found that when I do this traffic seems to pick up. I have also gotten more followers on twitter that way. The more people follow you the more your information is out on the internet. More traffic to your blog site may mean more clicks on advertisements as well as whatever else you are advertising.
Now there are other types of social media out there besides twitter and facebook. One thing I have tried is placing a social media gadget. Another way of earning some money is buy selling a product that you have made. For example if you are building Ham Radio Antennas you could advertise those. One idea is that if you have a website where you are selling your products, you could place a link to your website to direct traffic there as well.

Google Adsense For Your Blog

How to Make Money With Google AdSense
                                                        by Greg Davis

The third way to try and earn some money from your blog is with Google Adsense. Before you are accepted to Google Adsense you need to have a good amount of content. If I remember right I had about 10 posts and then I had enough content. Google Adsense finally accepted me and then I put some ads on my blog. You can only have up to three ads on a blog. So my question was where should I place the Ads and what size ad should I use.

Using Ebay Partner Network On My Blog For Earning Money

The second way of earning some money on my blog by using Ebay Partner Network. The Ebay Partner Network is another ad related type of monetizing your blog. Basically you place ads in different types and sizes of blocks or banners on your blog. They can pretty much be anywhere on your blog. It has been found that the ads do the best on the sides of the posts. They do better from what I have heard on the right side of the post. This apparently because people read from left to right. Also the bigger the  ad the more it will catch the readers eyes. I have not been able to place a picture of the item in the blog as a link the way that I can with Amazon Associates. So what I tend to do is place a link in a keyword or keyword phrase associated with the item or items I would like to direct the reader to see. For example here is a link that I may use Ham Radio Equipment. Just click on the link with your mouse. All these items are also associated with the topic of the post. Here is a link to a video on youtube for setting up a Ebay Partner Network

Once again I would stress that my main goal of the blog is not to earn money or a living. This is only an added addition to the blog and another way of attracting people to the website blog. My main goal is to give any information, help or guidance that may help someone. Also to share things that I have done in the past, present and maybe the future. These may give someone an interest in one of the hobbies that I have such as Ham Radio, Guitars, Photography etc..... Helping others in any way you can is what this world is all about.
If you are interested in signing up with the Ebay Partner Network here is a link to their website
I would also let you know that there are many different websites with tutorials on working with Ebay Partner Network as well as Amazon Associates. Also remember that it takes time for traffic to build up on your blog. The more post that you write, the more content will be out on the internet and the more traffic may find its way to your blog. Also one of the best ways to get traffic is also with the use of keywords. These are common words that people use when searching on the internet with web search sites such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. Google Adwords is an excellent place to find keywords and keyword phrases.
I have been using the Ebay Partner Network for about a year now. I have earned some money, but not very much. It all depends on traffic and if someone decides to purchase something from Ebay while they are on your blog. That is why I use the link to a particular webpage, because the person may decide to purchase something other than what I showed on my blog in the post. Variety is the spice of life or so they say. Also remember to direct your readers to other websites that may provide more information than you have. Remember my belief is to Help and Help Some more. You can see one of the ads from ebay on the side of the blogs post. Click on it and see where is goes. If you are looking for information on setting up the Ebay Partner Network for you blog just use Google as the search and type in how to set up an Ebay Partner Network and choose videos. You will find a wide variety of choices. You will most likely see positive and negative websites and videos. My advise is try it out, but Give it time.
Thank You for reading and I hope this information is helpful.
